President 
Rob brings more than 35 years of experience in construction, land development, and contracting across Florida, shaped by decades of hands‑on leadership and a steady, solutions‑driven approach. He is known for building strong teams, navigating complex project dynamics, and driving practical solutions that keep work moving forward. Guided by his belief that “There is always a way,” Rob’s leadership strengthens SCI’s reputation for reliability, trust, and consistent execution.
Jaron Legget,
Vice President
Jaron brings more than 15 years of construction and development experience, including over a decade with SCI, where his steady, solutions‑driven leadership has become a defining strength. Known for strategic, full‑lifecycle project oversight, he excels at navigating complex challenges with clarity, precision, and a calm, methodical approach. Jaron is deeply committed to building long‑term relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams, reinforcing SCI’s reputation for trust, consistency, and high‑quality execution while supporting the company’s continued growth across Florida.
Erika Etchison,
Senior Executive Administrator
Erika Etchison is the Office Manager at SCI Development & Contracting, bringing 13 years with the company and more than 33 years of experience in the construction and development industry. She oversees the accounting department and supports operations across multiple areas of the organization, drawing on her strong background in accounting, land development, and administrative management. Erika holds a B.B.A. in Accounting and has completed specialized training in Notice to Owner and Construction Lien Law, along with SWPPP certification. Known for her reliability, problem solving mindset, and ability to keep processes running smoothly, she plays a key role in ensuring SCI’s day to day operations stay organized and efficient. Outside of work, Erika is an avid Florida Panthers fan who enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
Mike Mousavi, Associate, Senior Manager
Mike Mousavi is a Senior Manager and Associate at SCI with 17 years at the company and more than 35 years of experience in the construction and development industry. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Florida International University and is licensed in Florida as both a General Contractor and Real Estate professional. Mike’s expertise spans project management, scheduling, construction safety, contract negotiation, and cost estimating, with a proven ability to guide complex projects efficiently and collaboratively. He is known for his problem solving mindset and his commitment to working closely with team members to overcome challenges and keep projects moving forward. Outside of work, Mike enjoys science, engineering economics, exploring new construction methods, traveling, ice fishing, meditation, and classical music.
Alexander Angeles, Project Manager
Alex Angeles is a Project Manager at SCI with 10 years at the company and more than 21 years of experience in the South Florida construction industry. His background spans luxury residential, multifamily, mid rise, and commercial projects, along with extensive expertise in site development, utilities, and large scale amenity centers. Alex holds multiple industry certifications, including SWPPP, OSHA Construction, Hyphen Solutions Gold, and advanced training in plan reading and estimating. He has been recognized twice as Construction Manager of the Year by Lennar Homes and CalAtlantic Homes, reflecting his commitment to quality, safety, and operational excellence. Alex brings a solutions driven mindset to every project, ensuring smooth coordination and successful outcomes from planning through completion.
Brian Cardozo,
Estimating
Brian Cardozo has been with SCI for 10 years and brings a decade of experience in construction estimating and project support. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Nova Southeastern University and began his career at SCI as a Permit Coordinator before transitioning into Estimating & Purchasing. In his current role, Brian manages the full bidding process, develops project budgets, prepares subcontractor agreements, and oversees change orders and monthly AIA billings. He is known for his attention to detail, strong communication, and commitment to supporting both the field and office teams. What he enjoys most about his role is the collaborative environment and the opportunity to work closely with SCI’s leadership. Outside of work, Brian loves traveling and exploring new places around the world.
Gabriela Lamberti,
Permit Coordinator
Gabriella is a Permit Coordinator at SCI with 7 years at the company and more than 34 years of experience in the construction industry. Having worked with various builders throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of permitting, documentation, and agency coordination, strengthened through ongoing training, workshops, and construction seminars. Gabriella is known for her persistence, accuracy, and ability to navigate complex permitting requirements. She finds the greatest satisfaction in seeing a permit approved and knowing her work helps move a project from planning to reality. Outside of work, she enjoys tennis, pool, drawing, and watching movies.
