For two decades, SCI Development & Contracting has built more than structures — they’ve built trust. What began in 2006 as a small, family driven construction company has grown into a respected, referral powered firm shaping communities across Florida’s southeast, southwest, and central regions. Today, SCI proudly celebrates 20 years of delivering predictable outcomes, transparent processes, and long lasting client partnerships.
A Legacy Rooted in Integrity
From the beginning, SCI’s philosophy has been simple: do what’s right, communicate clearly, and treat every project like an investment in the future.
That commitment has shaped every relationship, every job site, and every milestone along the way. Over the years, SCI has earned a reputation for integrity, transparent processes, and quality workmanship that stands the test of time — a line that has become a defining part of their identity.
Expanding Across Florida’s Growing Landscape
Florida’s rapid development has created new opportunities and new challenges, and SCI has stepped into that growth with clarity and confidence. Their team continues to expand across the state, supporting residential communities, commercial developments, tenant improvements, and large scale site development projects.
Whether clearing land, building amenities, or managing full vertical construction, SCI’s approach remains consistent: clarity in every step, excellence in every detail, and a client experience built on transparency and trust.
A Culture That Shows Up Like Family
Behind every successful project is a team that believes in collaboration, accountability, and doing what’s right. “Our culture is built on teamwork, transparency, and integrity,” said Rob Schweitzer, President of SCI Development & Contracting, “We support each other like family and collaborate to find smarter, more cost effective solutions for our clients.”
That culture has fueled SCI’s growth and strengthened its reputation. Many of the company’s long term partnerships began with a single project and evolved into years of continued collaboration — a testament to the trust SCI earns and keeps.
20 Years of Trusted Results — and a Future Built on Purpose
As SCI celebrates its 20 year milestone, the company is looking ahead with the same clarity and commitment that defined its first two decades. Their purpose remains unchanged: to provide construction services that reflect integrity in every decision and excellence in every detail.
With a growing portfolio, an expanding footprint, and a team dedicated to doing things the right way, SCI is shaping the future of Florida’s built environment — one trusted relationship and one successful project at a time.
